D&O had another great Winemakers Dinner at Decanter Wines this past Saturday where we paired our food with some Spanish wines. We served a seasonal pumpkin soup to begin with, beef tenderloin with a fig, balsamic, and coffee reduction sauce and roasted potatoes for the main course, and ending with wine and vanilla bean poached pears, caramel sauce, and ice cream. Such a great evening!

Detlef Schrempt Foundation's Annual Gala and auction included a wine party hosted by Det and Mari. We donated our catering for this event that raised money for 2 local incredible charities, The Healing Center and Rise and Shine! Enjoyed the evening so much!!
