I'm almost done with the gift certificate I'm donating to the Cy-Springs Band silent auction in October. I'm providing a family portrait session and prints. The certificate is just so they will have something to "take home" after the auction. If anyone has any ideas on what I should include on a gift certificate, I'm open to ideas.

I received my new video camera today. I haven't had a lot of time to play with it, but I can already tell I have a slight learning curve ahead of me. I know I'm going to have some fun! Now, I just need to come up with a "short" film, to start shooting. My biggest challenge I think will be learning Adobe Premier Pro. Cinematography, here I come!

I've spent the last hour and a half or so working on portrait pricing. I've already got a headache. However slow and daunting I'm making progress in the right direction. I'm very happy that the Wedding pricing was completed several years ago, that was a far bigger headache than portrait pricing!

So, finally progress is being made in the right direction, for now. One of my closest and dearest friends is helping me get things on the right track, since I don't seem to have any free time due to my "day job". Thanks a million to Laura Ramero.

A new website is currently in the works. We are currently digging through photos on my back up drive, to post on the site. I'm sure many of you have already viewed them, but hey, I must start somewhere.
