Hiii friends!! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted and thought there’s no better time than the solar eclipse *in Aries* to reintroduce myself! My name is Katie, owner, founder and creative mind behind Travel Aboards! Thank you SO SO much for being here to support myself, family and dream of being my own damn boss!!!!

I started Travel Aboards in 2020 as a way to bring destinations to your fingertips with beautifully designed and delicious charcuterie. People needed a way to come together, and the best way I knew how to do that was through food! Since then I’ve expanded to holidays and events, working from home to a kitchen space with , participating in festivals and farmers markets, and becoming a mom to my baby boy, Jack, almost one year ago!

The growth, lessons, adjustments and healing that’s happened in this past year are beyond what I ever imagined for myself. Everything I thought motherhood and being an entrepreneur would be is in fact waaayyyyyy harder!!! Example: bringing Jack to the kitchen sounded like a great idea until I had to change my gloves every 4.3 seconds because I couldn’t work and tend to him at the same time!! Why don’t I have more hands?! 😆 I’ve learned that I can’t do it all, I have to ask for help, it’s okay to say no, to give myself grace, and to stop comparing myself to the other boss babes who make it all look so easy and perfect through their instagram squares. And since I’m being real I’m here to tell you all of this has not been easy for this Aries! ♈️

I’ve been reminding myself to accept, love and trust the process while believing the universe has my back ✨ I’ve been reminding myself there’s more than one way and I won’t be an expert on my first or eighth try (in motherhood, business and life). If you’ve made it this far thanks for staying, and thanks for being part of my journey! I recently got back from St. Louis (my hometown), New York and New Jersey where I met, got inspired by, and reenergized by other amazing charcuterie pros! I’m excited to see where myself and business are next year at this time and hope to be part of your next celebration soon! 💚🧀 - Katie

2023: the best one yet!
