Before the first tables were set, the first guests arrived, and the first wedding weekend came to life, our team gathered for a special Coastal Reserve tasting—a chance to celebrate the beginning of something we’ve been dreaming about for so long.

Watching The Grant Collection team cheers to the launch of Belvedere’s first events and Coastal Reserve’s first catering experiences was a moment we won’t forget. 🤍

And now, after an incredible first wedding weekend, we couldn’t be more grateful for how beautifully this new chapter has begun.

Still in awe of this past weekend and our very first official weekend of weddings at the estate.

A few highlights:
• 200 guests welcomed through our doors
• 20 overnight guests
• 2 incredible couples
• The debut of our new catering company Coastal Reserve with amazing reviews
• 2 unforgettable celebrations

Our team worked right up until the final moments to prepare the estate, then gave everything they had to bring these first events to life. We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who played a part, from our landscaping and construction crews to our vendor partners, photographers, and everyone who embraced the vision and captured this property so beautifully.

This is only the beginning. Thank you all.

Final cleanup is underway, new dishware is being polished, décor is being placed, and the pantries are being stocked. After months of preparation, we can’t wait to welcome our first couple and celebrate the start of this new chapter.

We are incredibly grateful for all of the support we’ve received and honestly never expected to welcome so many last-minute bookings this year. Watching this estate come to life has been such a rewarding journey.
