Our Pork Baby Back Ribs are slow marinated with our secret wet marinade, then rubbed with a dry rub of special spices and slow cooked over a hot flame for 2.5 to 3 hours ensuring a mouth watering delight. BBQ sauce not needed, but comes as a side. This recipe has been followed since 1980 and has always received rave reviews even from the BBQ sauce slathering devotees.
Santa Maria Style Tri Tip

Following the time tested procedure for the Santa Maria Style BBQ technique, our tri tip is dry rubbed with Suzy Q seasoning and slow cooked over a red oak flame for 2 to 3 hours, ensuring the trip tip receives a medium rare finish with the signature crisp exterior. Our tri tip is available whole, sliced and in sandwiches using ciabatta bread grilled with our favorite seasonings.
