After High School I joined the US Navy and fought in the Gulf war, Desert Storm and Desert Shield. After, moved back home and attended SJSU. Now I am raising my family here in Santa Clara with my wife and three kids.

I’m overflowing with pride and joy today—my baby girl is graduating from Sacramento State! It feels like just yesterday we were navigating the ups and downs of early education, but even back then, Caitlin knew what she wanted. She’s grown into an incredible, determined young woman who set her sights on her goals and never wavered.

Through hard work, focus, and heart, she made it happen—and today, we celebrate not just a diploma, but the amazing journey she’s taken to get here.

Caitlin, I am so proud of you and all that you’ve achieved. I can’t wait to see what comes next and all the incredible things you’ll do. Enjoy every second of this day—you’ve earned it. I love you more than words can say.
