Thanks to the African American Association of Sun Lakes for selecting us to cater their Jazz in the Park event last Friday! We had a blast serving our beans, cheesy potatoes, brisket, chicken, green beans, salad, and coleslaw.

We take pride in cooking with real wood. Our preferred woods are Mesquite and Pecan. They both add great flavor when mixed!

Yesterday, we brought our good food to the good people at Sprouts for their staff appreciation event! We served jambalaya, chicken, brisket, mac n cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, cheesy potatoes, and of course, Scott’s famous beans! 🫘

Everyone loved the food, and Scott’s bbq sauce! We can’t wait to serve our delicious Cajun bbq at another staff appreciation event. 🥘

Earlier this month we competed in our first bbq competition - the Fishers Landing Ribs Cookoff in Yuma, AZ. It was a blast! We cooked about 80 racks of ribs and served them with Scott’s famous beans 🫘
