As the 1st quarter of 2023 closes,

we have an opportunity to re-evaluate and renew our New Year's
Intentions, Resolutions, & Goals.

Dr. David Hawkins has created an incredible tool for Personal Leadership. The Map of Consciousness provides us with 1) a framework to understand the emotional and energetic states that all humans experience and 2) tools to shift our state from feeling disempowered & drained to living empowered and energized! Courage is the turning point in this process of consciousness and it is accessible to anyone at anytime.

Through a series of self-inquiry journal prompts, we will get clear on what is motivating your Intentions/ Resolutions/ Goals. We will investigate whether these visions and desires are grounded in disempowered or empowered states; we will make no part wrong or unsafe as we sit with the truth of where we currently are, picking up the treasures that await in the shadows. We will then utilize breath work, movement practices, and ecstatic dance as a way to let the wisdom of our bodies raise our vibrational and emotional state around these intentions.

This playshop concludes with a Community Circle served over Tea & Cacao. In this safe container, we will share "What would COURAGE have us do?" as we identify and commit to an aligned action we can implement immediately upon leaving the space.

Bliss has come to the clear realization that the best way to serve our community wholesome food at reasonable prices with speedy service is to serve all of our favorite offerings at our buffet.


Alongside our lunchtime buffet we will continue to offer our incredible Cafe items such as our organic house made juices, smoothies, parfaits, espresso and lattes, in addition to our popular pancakes and avocado toast.

Our marketplace continues to carry various drinks, snacks, and popular Grab&Go meals, along with health and zero waste lifestyle products.
