I love this dancing shot. This was a groomsmen and a wedding guest going for the gold with this fun shot. Who says all the fun belongs to the bride and groom? Just a smidgen of dragging the shutter to really bring out the colors and movement.

I love playing with depth of field. This is a common element in my photography. The flowers had just arrived and the bride was just touching up a little more on her makeup before turning her attention to the flowers.

This shot was from an elopement I did in San Clemente, California. Did I ever mention I love shooting elopements. Elopements are just all about having fun. This couple chose to have some friends to be in attendance, and that is great, I love being able to incorporate those that love the couple. I love this engagement shot. This shot has movement, it has style and it has a little drama with the sun setting on the water. I asked this couple for Andy to pick up his fiance I was expecting her to get on his back but they did this instead, and it was wonderful! Hey sometimes you give vague direction and it works. Other times, not so much.

I love this candid shot of the bride trying to get a little air into the dressing area. I was in the right place at the right time, just below trying to get shots of the table. Lucky shot with a gorgeous bride!! :)

This photo was shot in Vegas at the Paris Hotel. This wedding was over the top beautiful, and a fun gorgeous couple. I just love the light as the sun is setting. I tend to like dramatic photos where the lighting is not full on, but setting.

This was taken at the Grant Humphreys mansion in Denver. I love window lit work and often work in available light. I like a few images like this to go with the other image shown. It makes a beautiful album montage. When I shoot I am constantly thinking of the end product and how we want the bride to remember her day. :)

I love fun shots and fun couples. This one has plenty of both! Taken in the Rocky Mountains of Denver, CO, this will always be a favorite of mine. I also like that this one wasn't posed, just relaxing between shots!

I have been lucky enough to photograph some of the top weddings in the world. I have loved this job and have created albums that were amazing that made my clients cry with joy. I have decided to post one of my favorite images every day for the next year. Let's see how far I can get! Sometimes I am busy but I love photographing today's brides!!

The first image I am posting is one of the dress. The dress shot is every important and usually one that can be very creative. Even this shot that could be in any hotel window is shot with exactly the way I wanted and then enhanced a bit for affect.
