Cerf Club's signature En Plein Air carbonic zinfandel pays homage to our friend and legendary artist Victor Reyes . His prolific graffiti work made a mark across the globe and has been commissioned by numerous firms including Louis Vuitton, Airbnb, Adidas, Apple, etc. and has been shown at galleries and exhibitions worldwide. En Plein Air translates to “painting outside”.⁠

Victor’s compelling work contributes to a storyline and importance for Cerf Club's support for art and culture in the wine we are producing. We are honored to have his work on our labels as well as the walls inside Cerf Club which he designed and applied his skill and imagination to.

More about the wine: Poor Ranch is a 5th generation post-goldrush dry-farmed estate at 1200 ft elevation in Mendocino. CCOF certified organic, the fruit saw a full carbonic maceration for 4 weeks then 4 months in stainless steel. A true "Vin de Soif" or thirst quenching wine. A sub 12% abv cool climate organic zinfandel that is an unabashed patio crusher. Beautiful and fluttery on the pallet, jumps out of the glass. Pair as you would a Beaujolais: early courses or even Texas BBQ.⁠

Farming supply chains have been severely impacted as restaurants remain closed. So when the opportunity arose to address this issue we were thrilled to partner with to provide this incredible produce direct to you.⁠ Previously only available to Michelin quality restaurants we are helping find a home for these delicious organic vegetables grown in the heart of Carneros. ⁠⠀

Cerf Club is SO excited to welcome Kristie Tacey, winemaker and founder of Tessier Winery to this Friday night!
After a career as a published research scientist in biotechnology, Kristie found her true calling in wine and founded in 2009. Sourcing high quality fruit from her network of farmers in Russian River Valley, Santa Cruz Mountains and El Dorado foothills, Kristie makes some of the best wines there are.
This Friday, April 12 from 4p-10p, Kristie will be in the house pouring these wines from the collection:
-2017 Riesling, Zabala Vineyard, Arroyo Seco
-2018 Femme Fatale Rosè (74% Grenache from Fenaughty Vineyard, El Dorado and 26% Pinot Noir from Saveria Vineyard, Santa Cruz)

Breanne Butler and Adriana Urbina met several years ago working at the Michelin starred Rouge Tomate NYC and have created a name for themselves in the activism and culinary world. After their collective struggles working their way up in the food industry, facing challenges of inequality and harassment along the way, they decided to partner up to create "The Table"-a community created to empower and support womxn in the food industry.

Tickets are on sale for our Story Teller Wine Maker Dinner with Bodkin Wines on the 26th!
Chris Christensen (Winemaker and Co-Head Honcho, Bodkin Wines) is an acclaimed winemaker and hunting buddy of Stag's president Matthew Homyak. Chris is a trail-blazer in the the wine industry as one of very few biracial winemakers. His path and story as a creative and charismatic winemaker serves as a blueprint for other young winemakers, having started a project without the capital and resources to have his own estate. Chris was named one of 2017 Winemakers to watch out for by the SF Chronicle.
Beyond partnering on palate-pleasing dining events, Bodkin and Stag Dining have grown their relationship–and Stag’s offering–by collaborating on Stag’s own wine label, Cerf Club. @ San Francisco, California
