My classes are a hands on cooking lesson to help demystify Indian cooking.
I provide a gentle introduction to spices, gravies and commonly used techniques used for creating delectable Indian dishes.
You’ll get a basic introduction of all the main Indian spices used and also learn a little bit about the Indian culture.
The menu will include an appetizer, a non vegetarian entrée, a vegetarian entrée/side dish, and a yogurt dip. It will be served with rice, naan and dessert. The menu will change depending on the group signed up keeping in mind their interests and preferences. The final menu will be decided and emailed a few days before the class.
There are all vegetarian classes as well plus classes which are gluten and/or casien free.
You’ll enjoy the class with beer and wine. The class ends with enjoying the meal you cooked. All the recipes will be emailed to you.
Classes are small group - generally 6-8 and hosted in my own kitchen. Classes are also available in your home or suite. These are also great as a theme for party, event, and can be tailored for larger groups.
