My exploration into a more isolated neighborhood. Hunters Point has a lot of little nuggets of surprises. The candlestick park recreation area was one of them.
The great thing about the Bay Area is the vast amount of different cultures. I came upon this little gem: Polynesian Island Luau.
This was great food and amazing people.

I try not to eat Pizza very often, but when I do I go to Tony’s Pizza Neapolitana on Washington Square Park. The dough and crust is amazing, most other pizzas taste like cardboard to me. The ingredients are so tasty.
I created that based on what I ate in the Puerto Rico once. There is was fried, but I made my own version and you can make so many things with plantains, green or ripe.
This is ripe plantains boiled, sliced, lates a circle in the muffin pan, filled with flavored ground beef cooked with a bellpepper and onions, filled with scrambled eggs and baked.
As I was driving and poking around near hunters point I came upon this cool place which I heard later was a rock club venue in the 90’s.

Tanja did both my engagement and wedding fotos. Totally outstanding. She worked with our vision but also gave insight and suggestions as to how the camera sees things. She gets it. I do alot of professional food events and will hire Tanja for all of them. The best pictures were the ones Tanja posed us in.
