🎨I just moved into my new home studio. I’m back in Ames, baby! Taking a break from big city life and devoting myself to painting. I created my first piece yesterday, namely my “fresh start”

At some point, I want to talk more about my time in New York and what ultimately led to my move here, but for now I just wanna leave these little sunny snapshots along with my excitement about the future.

New studio self-portraits 🌷
I’m more comfortable photographing myself than with anyone else. I’ve been taking my own portrait ever since I acquired my first tripod when I was 12 years old. I used to be too afraid to tell anyone or show off the pictures, thank goodness for aging and shamelessness. This is another way I can show you who I am.
