Overthinking is meant to steal your peace. Pray, leave it to God, and He will take care of it." It is so easy to let worry and endless hypothetical scenarios consume your mind, but anxiety only drains your energy without fixing tomorrow. When heavy thoughts start to take over, view it as a reminder to pray instead of panic.
