They met working at Starbucks. Inseparable within the first few days, without realising how deep it went.

Then life pulled Landry away from Colorado. The feelings got pushed down, but they always stayed in touch. Landry moved back at the end of October 2020. A month later, they finally said it out loud.

Jenna (she/her) is usually the one who makes the first move. Asking Landry (she/her) to be her girlfriend, the first kiss, even the first "I love you." So for the proposal, Jenna asked Landry to take the lead.

Landry recreated their very first friend-date at a bowling alley arcade, then popped the question in the photo booth. When they stepped out, Jenna's whole family was there to celebrate.

The rings on the night were placeholders. Days later they went ring shopping together. Landry custom-built a ring with a jeweller, and Jenna chose the same colour stone for both bands so everything matched.

Did getting engaged change anything? It felt different, in a good way. "Safer is the word that comes to mind." 📸

Dani (she/her) and Meghan (she/her) have known each other since grade school. Good friends forever. In the summer of 2019, they decided to explore their love for one another.

Dani proposed in 2023. Eloping was a no-brainer, and it had to be Colorado, a place they'd loved long before it was the plan.

When they told their loved ones, they kept it simple: we're eloping. Most were happy. Some weren't happy at all. Others were sad to miss it.

They wanted to spend on the experience, not the outfits. So they threw a few at-home dress try-on parties with their girlfriends, ch*****ne included, then ordered two dresses online. Both worked out perfectly.

The day started slowly in a cabin with their closest people and their dogs. Then up to Twin Lakes. The clouds rolled out just in time for the vows. A good friend led the ceremony, which they shaped together to feel completely them.

Then a signature espresso martini, more photos, and back to the cabin to celebrate. Their advice: "Just do it!" 🐾

A little sneaky look at a private first look 😍

Laura & Shani had a rooftop wedding at Weddings at Perry Lane, Georgia that was this perfect mix of elegance and comfort.

They also had fun with it - we doubt their guests will forget about the drag performance anytime soon!

Tony (they/them) and Rain (they/them) met in the Minecraft corner of Twitter in 2021. Months of "very questionably platonic gay flirting" later, they realised they weren't kidding.

They met in person in San Francisco. A two-week trip turned into over a month. Tony moved from New Jersey to Colorado, and now there are five pets: four cats and one dog.

Rain proposed first, at sunrise on a beach in Tony's hometown. Tony proposed back a few months later in Denver.

They picked their wedding date so Rain could see My Chemical Romance in New Jersey. That settled where to get married too.

Guests were asked to dress for a garden party. Rain tossed a LEGO bouquet. Instead of a garter moment, Tony pulled a fuggler wearing a garter from under Rain's dress. The signature drinks were named after all their pets.

Both vows went back to Minecraft. Tony's ended with: "Thank you Rain, for still choosing me today, despite the very strong temptations."

At the end of the night, the DJ played one last song. They snuck back to the lit-up ceremony temple and slow danced, just the two of them 🖤

Brenna walked down the aisle with her dad, both of them crying. After a few tries at pulling it together, she turned to the guests and told them, in words we won't print here, that she was done for.

It got a huge laugh.

Meghan (she/her) and Brenna (she/her) met through rugby at Boston College. Brenna played, Meghan volunteered with the team. A few months in, Brenna went to study in Amsterdam, and Meghan kept visiting.

When Brenna came back, the pandemic had just started. She had to stay close for nursing classes, so they moved in together. "It showed us that we could get through anything together."

They married at the Museum of Science. Meghan's dad officiated, and they headed back down the aisle to an instrumental "Pink Pony Club."

Before that, they had to cross a bridge over the atrium while guests arrived. So they ducked behind their coordinators, quietly singing "don't be suspicious."

Their dog Ollie came in a little tux, sprinted over with happy butt wiggles, and seemed convinced the wedding was for him.

Mini lobster rolls, Boston cream donuts, and a tiered cake neither of them knew how to cut. So they asked the room 🦞

Madison isn't fluent, so it didn't make much sense. Koraly had no idea what was being said. Then the ring came out, and Koraly said YES.

It all started with one TikTok message. Madison was in Alberta, Koraly was in Quebec. Two years of long distance, a year in Saskatchewan, then home together in Alberta.

Madison spent six months planning the proposal at Lake Minnewanka. A photographer, even a changing station for outfit changes. Koraly thought it was just a photo shoot.

The ring was hidden in a sock. Getting it out smoothly while kneeling didn't happen. The ring size came from secretly checking rings Koraly already owned.

Madison cried and went rosy red. Koraly's makeup stayed perfect 💍
