Great time teaching at Abraxas High School this morning! Went through fish breakdown, how to utilize the whole fish, and preparing for a nice sushi lunch! Can’t wait for the next class with these kids. A big thank you to Director Courtney and Mr. Bob for letting me come to your kitchen, and using your garden ingredients!

Always a good time at one of my favorite events every year. This one was extra special for the Born Family as they celebrated their son Nathan’s birthday. Nathan has Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, and the Borns host this amazing birthday event each year to raise funds and awareness for research. Honored to be part of such a meaningful celebration! We have such a great community that donated so many amazing gifts for the raffle! I GOT A CHEF had a awsome donation of tix and dinner from my booth this year! We also managed to win some prizes as well, a private dinner from . Can’t wait for the next event from .e.s.l.i.e.b.o.r.n !

What an incredible, fun, and HOT Ramona Rodeo! We managed to go through, over 250lbs of Tritip, 520lbs of chicken 1/4s, 20 pork butts, green beans, Mac n cheese, and more to feed over 700 in Cowboy Hospitality and VIP every day for 3 days! Can’t wait for the next Ramona Rodeo!
