Last night me and five very dedicated employees that I super love fed 520 gorgeous ladies dinner. My absolute favorite part of this event is seeing how beautifully and uniquely decorated the individual tables are. Like Ive said before, catering large events, is tons of math, knowing how to hold temps of perishable food and a very close relationship with raw meat at all times. I love Journey and the babe in charge of the entire Christmas Tea is an actual angel. ❤️
