Projects by Margie Welcome to Projects by Margie! I specialize in handmade French beaded flowers and accessories.

I have been beading ever since I was little and making French beaded flowers since I was in college. As my wedding approached, I decided to invest some of my wedding budget into beaded rather than fresh flowers. Not only would I be able to capture a vintage-inspired style, these pieces could be given to the most important women in my life as beautiful and unique keepsakes. I made my and my bridesm

aids' bouquets as well as corsages for the mothers and my grandmother. Beading the flowers for my wedding was so rewarding and my love affair with the technique continues to grow. There are always new flowers to make, new colors to explore, and new projects to design. I started Projects by Margie as an opportunity to share my work and create custom, handmade pieces that could become family heirlooms. I honor the traditions of vintage French and Victorian beaded flowers while incorporating more modern trends in color and design. Depending on the technique used and the size and detail of the designs, my beaded flowers can take anywhere from a couple hours to days or weeks of time to finish. I try to price my items at a point worthy of the skill, time, and care involved in their creation. By offering a wide variety of items both in stock and made-to-order, I strive to match the price point of people looking to invest in special, beautiful flowers that will last for years to come. I always enjoy making special pieces for a specific purpose or occasion, whether for myself, a gift, or a commissioned project. It is an honor and point of pride when something I have made becomes a part of someone's special occasion. My projects have already received attention across the US and all over the world!
