After a month and a half of being led down a rabbit hole by a known con man, I finally regained control of my website, emails and banking info. This has been an emotionally draining experience. All I have to say before you go in to business with someone do your due diligence and check them out. A neighbor and supposed friend, reached out and gained my trust to help elevate Mirror Me San Diego to the next level with promises of amazing marketing and growth strategies. Instead he and the marketing company he owns, ripped off my brand and started their own side biz of a similar name all while locking me out of all correspondence such as emails, phone and website access. I had not received any client communication since March 21st and was being treated like a sales associate and not an owner of my own company. Basically I had no control over my company and brand, it had been hijacked.From the info I have now many people have been conned by this person a in many different ways. Like a slick talking con man does, they see a situation, gain your trust and then steal from all your hard work. How do you steal someone's idea and biz and then turn around and charge them. Unacceptable, fraudulent and disgusting. I don't have much but I do have a conscience and I believe in Karma. All I have to say is check people out before you do business with them. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. MirrorMeSanDiego.com is now back under my control. I am truly grateful for all the amazing friends that had my back who warned me and still stood by through this, Thank You! Please disregard any correspondence if it does not com directly from me.
