✨Slow Cooked Short Ribs in Coconut Milk✨

Exploring the world of Indonesian Cuisine.

Indonesian beef (or Rendang). The meat is cooked slowly in coconut milk until it breaks up into a divinely rich and delicious combination of solids and fat. So Good! 😋The taste was nothing short of heavenly! I am by no means a food photographer, so the pics doesn’t do this dish any justice!!

Paired w/ Cilantro Rice and Fresh Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots. I think this will be a permanent addition to my growing menu !!
