It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers game when searching for vendors, but remember that a high follower count doesn’t necessarily mean they’re the right fit for you. 🙅‍♀️

Instead, take the time to really look at their work and see if their priorities, values, and experience in the industry aligns with your needs. This will ensure that your special day is everything you’ve ever dreamed of and more. ❤️

At the end of the day, you want to work with vendors who are just as invested in your wedding as you are. 👏 So don’t be afraid to ask questions, share your vision, and really get to know them before making any decisions.

Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and sometimes you may come across a vendor that doesn't quite fit with your vision. It's okay to say no thank you and move on to find someone who aligns better with your needs. Here are three things to remember when politely declining a wedding vendor:

1. Be honest: If a vendor's work doesn't resonate with you or their personality clashes with yours, it's okay to politely decline their services. Be honest and explain that you don't think it's the right fit, but thank them for their time and consideration.

2. Express gratitude: If you've had a consultation or received a quote from a vendor but have decided to go with someone else, send a gracious email thanking them for their time and effort. Let them know you appreciate their work but have decided to go in a different direction.

3. Refer a friend: If you know someone who may be interested in the vendor's services, spread the word. It's a kind gesture that can help the vendor find new business, and you never know when you may need a referral in the future.
