Sake 102: Cheese & Sake with SD Charcuterie & Catering
Event Time: 5pm-7:30pm Pay upon entry. Registered guests will have a secured spot.

If you are registered for this event, you must arrive no later than 6pm when the talk/Q&A session begins or your spot will be forfeited. This is a semi-private event; space is limited. Walk-in may be accepted if space is available.

This event includes:
-"Meet the Makers" talk/Q&A session with SD Charcuterie & SSS
-individual cheeseboard with a take-home cheese board. One of the cheeses offered is a special collab cheese with SSS and Beehive Cheese, Ronin Promontory - Beehive's base cheddar that has been sake kasu rubbed-rind.
-3oz flight of SSS's Core 4 sakes
-featured sake cocktail by Sake Sommelier Kim Roxas
