The way to keep the work we do consistent on ex*****on day is to have procedures in place, no matter the venue, the country, the location, the amount of time we have for set up.

Event day are always chaotic, no matter how organized and detail oriented you are; without the right amount of staffing, and clear communication with all creative partners before the day, one little inconvenience will sidetrack the whole ex*****on.

Most of the work we do as event producers is logistics and it is never seen by the clients. As much as it is not as pretty as designing, it is the foundation of the actual event day!

Just sharing a lovely photo of my hometown Como, counting down the days until I'm back there in a month plus to enjoy the Holidays with those I care about. Lake Como's beauty varies with the seasons, a nice change from California's constant summer feel.

I am excited for the aperitivo and dinner with old time friends, the walks on the lake, that feeling of being in a small town.

It is so interesting how now, after 12 years in the US, Lake Como still feels like home, but my appreciation for its beauty has changed so much that sometimes it makes me feel like a tourist!
