Let us bring our enthusiastic brand of dance entertainment to your event…corporate parties, public festivals, fundraising events, private functions or community activity.. Whether it be one number or several….costumed as you like and with as many couples as you like. We are flexible!! Themes include

1920's to 1950's. We love to share that great American art form of vintage jazz, charleston, and swing dance. Count on us to bring on the smiles and dance like there’s no tomorrow…professional, fun and easy to deal with. SwingFX dance team was founded in 2008 by Margie Adams and Jim Cruzen of 2toGroove Dance. We have more than reached our goal of becoming San Diego's premier vintage dance performance team…performing for such events as USS Midway Museum annual fundraiser., Qualcomm Picnic, Elderhelp Wine and Dine events, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Gala and more. This includes dancing at venues such as Anthology, the Hard Rock Hotel, aboard ship on USS Midway and La Jolla Country Club to name just a few. It starts this Sunday, Sept 1st! Only for the Ladies.
And, it's group private quality instruction at a discount.

Have Labor Day weekend plans? No problem. You can still join us on Sun Sept 7th instead.

This custom program is designed especially for ladies that love to dance but want to feel more in control and more graceful on the dance floor. How You Move is what can build your confidence and elevate the quality of your dance movement.

This is truly a unique workshop series where results can happen with helpful instructor feedback and support . Even the students support each other in this class.

It just might be worth a try! You can even sign up for just one workshop date to try it out.

deadlne which is Thur Jan 6th!
Come check out the difference with an experienced instructor who can not only dance both the lead and the follow in the dance styles offered but, will go the extra mile to help her students get it.

Hope you are going ....San Diego Jazzfest Swing Dance Extravaganza.

SwingFX Dance Team will performing again this year at San Diego Jazzfest Sat night Swing Extravaganza Thanksgiving weekend along with other temas this year from So Cal area. Plus there is also a dance cash prize contest this year.

It's an awesome multiple day event of live music with multiple rooms , several dance floors and plenty of seating.

Sat night is an amazing night of swing in one of the large ballrooms with multiple swing bands, dance performances, dance contest and lots of energy. Don't miss it! http://www.sdjazzfest.org/index.php?id=swing-extravaganza.

SD Jazzfest Sat night Swing Extravaganza is gonna rock with amazing bands, SwingFX dance performances and San Diego swing dancers out in force. That dance floor will be hoppin'. Plenty of smiles for sure so don't miss it!

Pre- show will be with Sweethearts of Swing band and more Pick up a schedule at the info booth at the event

8:15 - 9:00pm 1st band set - Josh Duffee & Greystone Monarchs
9:00 - 9:05pm SwingFX dance number
9:05 - 9:50pm 2nd Band Set - Molly Reeves & Red Skunk

10:00-11:00pm 3rd set BATTLE OF THE BANDS
