Last Saturday, we celebrated the opening reception of What a Journey, Lleno de Resistencia, a powerful solo exhibition by Nanzi Muro. Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening filled with art and community!

The exhibition will be on view until Saturday, February 8th—don’t miss the chance to experience Nanzi’s deeply personal and thought-provoking journey, that it is part of her thesis to complete her Master of Fine Arts.

A special thank you to Clementinas Sweet for the incredible table of snacks and pastries that made the night even more special! 🍰✨

We’re hosting Nanzi Muro’s solo exhibition “What A Journey Lleno de Resistencia”

The exhibition is a culmination of work created during Nanzi’s MFA program at SDSU. Through photography, ceramics, digital, multi/mixed media, and site specific installations, Nanzi expresses her struggles with the systemic inequalities that exist in higher education.

Join us this Saturday, Feb 1, 4pm-6pm for the opening reception.

The exhibition will be on view during gallery hours until Saturday Feb 8th 📌

Artists are encouraged to explore, reflect on, and create work using digital technologies - focusing on women’s rights & democracy in this digital age

💥20hr/4-week program
💥Ages 14-18 (priority will be given to women/non-binary youth)
💥No experience required!
💥Camera, phone, laptop or other technologies are optional, not required!
