Iβm still riding the high from running the New York City Marathon just over a week ago, 26.2 miles of pure energy, emotion, and joy! ππ»ββοΈβ¨ This race was extra special for me, itβs one of the six World Major Marathons, and checking it off my list has been a dream come true. I couldnβt have asked for a better race day β the crowd, the course, the cityβ¦ truly unforgettable. ππ§‘
Throughout my training, I made sure to fuel my body with real, nourishing food β the same wholesome meals I prepare every week for my Olive It clients. Consistent, balanced meals gave me the energy to train strong, recover well, and feel my best on race day. And not to mention I had the best coach along the journey.
