Today was such a bussy bussy day!! First of all Id like to thank my amazing team, we all worked together and pulled through an amazing taco Tuesday with catering orders to welcome back teachers & staff from: Meadowbrook Middle School, Morning Creek Elementary and Sunset Elementary 🩷🙏🏻 Thank you so much PUSD schools for supporting our business and for all you do. We hope you all have an amazing year!! We gladly give you back our kiddos 😂😂 May this school year be full of blessings and success!!! 🩷

We would like to thank for having us as an approved vendor for our community. We not only come to school events but also offer teacher luncheons, breakfasts, and are always supporting our school communities. We have catered over 10 schools in our district and continue to work hard to serve more! We would like to welcome you all to a wonderful 2014-25 school year!! Thank you teachers & staff for all you do helping our children succeed and most importantly providing and safe and loving environment for them! I couldnt be happier to belong to an amazing school district!!! We are limited to 2 school events in one day so please book promptly, last year we had to turn some schools down, since many have events on the same day. It is a first come first serve, we look forward to everyone enjoying our delicious food. We are licensed & bonded 🩷 Keep posted for a raffle for Teacher Appreciation

I would like to thank all of customers that have been so supportive with our family these past weeks, we are a Small Family Owned business, we have been struggling a bit lately, many dont know but we had a vehicle collision in our family, literally destroying one of our work vehicles 🥺😭 Thankfully and by the grace of God everyone is ok 💜🌸 It has been more difficult to move around and I have had to cancel a couple customers, turn down catering and I would like to sincerely apologize. We have done our absolute best and I think I have an amazing team behind me!! Without them and their help I would be completely broken 💜🙏🏻 Theyre my children, my motivation to keep going. (most of them are my kids 😬) Again thank you for being so flexible it has been a very very bussy two weeks and for that im so grateful, hopefully soon we will be able to purchase another truck 🩷 I just want to express that "we are" human, "we are" a small business, mostly family because its hard to trust outsiders, we had another person working for us and they stole from us 🥺 (thats another story) I feel its important and revelant yo share with our customers because you are an important part of our business and our family! Thank you for your unconditional support!!! 🩷 We will continue to work hard and give you our 100%!!!! have a blessed Sunday 🩷

So many of my customers have requested soo.... finally I will be offering a Tamale Workshop!!! I am finalizing details, workshop will consist of a 4 hr training, all supplies to make the tamales will be provided. Each student will take home 2 dz uncooked tamales to cook in your home at your convenience. Training includes:
*prepping the masa & corn husks
*cooking your filling (vegetarian options avail)
*making authentic salsas for proteins * Fill & wrap tamales * how to place them in your steam pot * steam pots available for sale per request ***we will have a fresh batch of tamales & champurrado available for dinner for all students
