My friend Jenay gifted me a bunch of brilliant blue balloons and I knew immediately I wanted to pay it forward and exactly to whom.
Our friend and neighbor posted that for the first time ever she didn't feel safe decorating the outside of her home, in celebration of her religion, in her own neighborhood.
