Tonight is Flight Night!!
This month, we’re super proud to be featuring our neighbors . Pali Wine has been part of the Cork & Stem story from the beginning - I built most of the original marketing materials, website, and brand in their backyard during COVID (as the OGs know, we were called Bold Bouquet back then!) and they were the hosts of one of our very first workshops in October of 2020. When we opened here in Hillcrest, it was only fate that we ended up as the neighbors of their first full scale restaurant . I got engaged there (pic included!), learned about wine hospitality from their team, and received invaluable advice from their leadership.
It’s only fitting they’re another one of our firsts - our first ever Orange wine, the Wild Series Gewürztraminer/Pinot Noir blend from the central coast. Orange wines are made using a red wine style, giving them an orange hue and more tannic structure than your typical wine made with white wine grapes.
Come check it out alongside their amazing lineup at tonight’s flight night from 5pm - 7pm. As always, one tasting is free for members, and $15 for the public. We can’t wait to see you!
