Another beautiful night on with private cheffing for some good friends. Served them up and some Mango Shrimp Salsa, Maui Ribs from Chili Lime Crusted Goat Cheese with Elote Corn,
Then seared Ahi Salad,
Then a Grilled Rib Eye from Grilled Oaxaca Cheese topped Asparagus and Sweet Heat Glazed Hassle-back Potatoes and then famous Chocolate Cheesecake Jars with Berry Compote

Stoked to have good friends out to and celebrate her 50th.. We sent them rolling out with full bellies and good memories.. Smoked Deviled Eggs with Pork Belly, Yakitori with Grilled Watermelon and Elote Corn Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, Smoked Chicken rubbed with Tiny Pe**er Seasoning, Pozole with Oaxaca Cheese, Avocados and Cilantro, Yakitori Grilled New York Strip topped with Roasted Garlic Butter and finally finished off with famous Cheesecake Jars

Thanks for inviting us over to make some Delicious homemade pies.. We had a BBQ Chicken Pizza with Home Made Red and a White Sauce and Mozzarella Balls.. Next we cooked a Fig, Brie, Caramelized onions, Arugula and Balsamic Drizzle…Then Smoked Carnitas, Tia Maria’s Enchilada Sauce, Cilantro and diced Tomato’s with Mozzarella balls..
