✨ Let’s Talk Guest Count & Pricing ✨
When we ask for your guest count, we need the total number of guests attending your event. Not just the ones you think will drink cocktails.
Here’s why👇🏾 👇🏾
If you’re hosting 100 guests and requesting both cocktails and mocktails, that requires a significant amount of product. Even if someone doesn’t drink alcohol, they will most likely enjoy a mocktail, soda, water, or juice. That means every guest will have at least one drink and more often than not, several.
So when you say “only 60 people are drinking,” that’s not realistic. If 100 guests are at your event, we prepare for 100 guests. Period.
💡 What goes into your event quote?
It’s not just about pouring drinks. It’s about having everything ready so your bar runs smooth, stress-free, and professional. For 100 guests, we’re looking at things like:
• Mixers: Coke, Sprite, club soda, tonic water, ginger beer, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemonade, etc.
• Garnishes: Limes, lemons, oranges, cherries, olives, cucumbers etc
• Supplies: Cups, napkins, straws, stirrers, pour spouts, ice, bar mats.
• Presentation: Décor, signature cocktail menus, bar signage.
• Staffing: Bartenders + support staff
A gallon of cranberry juice alone costs between $6–$7, and that’s just one product out of the many we provide. So when someone asks if we can do “everything” for $300 — the answer is no, we can’t and we won’t.
Please keep in mind that our quotes cover far more than just juice. You’re getting:
• Fresh mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, and ice
• Professional bar setups and décor
• Staff with over 40 years of combined bartending and hospitality experience
• Setup, breakdown, and service that ensures your event runs smoothly from start to finish
This isn’t a basic service. It’s a luxury experience designed to take the stress off your shoulders and impress your guests. And like with anything in life, quality and professionalism come at a cost.
