Event Type: In-store demonstration event

Brand Ambassadors needed in Dallas & Houston, TX to represent a vitamin brand inside CVS stores.

BA’s will interact directly with customers, providing education about the products, answering questions, and offering samples to encourage engagement and purchases, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Event Dates: 2 weekends - Reliable attendance across all 4 event days is required.

Saturday, September 30th

Sunday, October 1st

Saturday, October 7th

Sunday, October 8th

Event Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM at each store

Pay rate:30/hr paid within 14 days from completion of recap report.

Total Paid Time: 5 hours per event, to include 4-hours instore + 1 additional hour for training, set-up and breakdown

Dress Code: Dress in all black attire (business professional). Wear the provided badge and apron provided in the kit.



Phases:

1. Pre-Event Training (30 minutes) Watch a training webinar video and complete a quiz to become well-versed in product knowledge and key message points.

2. Day of Event (4-hours instore) Execute the event at your assigned CVS store. Engage with customers, provide in-store demonstrations, and offer samples of products. Promote special savings on the products and answer customer FAQs. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and selling skills. Share your product knowledge with CVS staff to support continued sales. Wear the provided badge and apron as part of the dress code.

3. Post-Event Recap (10 minutes) Within 24 hours after each event, complete an online recap of the event. Upload event photos (5 photos per day) to showcase customer interactions
