One of my absolute favorite parts about owning a wedding planning business is bringing my couples’ personalities to life through every little detail. 🤍

Every wedding should feel like them—not just beautiful, but meaningful.

For this sweet couple, their love for the outdoors, national parks, hiking, and the mountains inspired the entire design. From the custom mountain sweetheart table banner and neon sign to the adventure-themed welcome bags and subtle blue hydrangeas that reminded them of alpine landscapes, every piece told a part of their story.

That’s what I love most. We don’t just decorate spaces… we create experiences that reflect who our couples are and what they love.

My preferred vendor list is something I protect fiercely.

It’s not a marketing list.
It’s not a paid directory.
And it’s definitely not something vendors can buy their way onto.

Every vendor I recommend has earned their place through consistency, professionalism, and the way they treat my couples. I’ve watched them handle stressful moments with grace, communicate well, respect timelines, show up prepared, and go above and beyond when no one is watching.

My reputation is attached to every recommendation I make.

When I send one of my couples to a vendor, I’m putting my name behind that business. That’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

Could I recommend more people? Absolutely.

But I’d rather have a small list of vendors I trust with my whole heart than a long list of names I can’t confidently stand behind.

To the vendors who have earned a spot on my preferred list… thank you. Your hard work, integrity, and commitment to serving couples well never go unnoticed.

And to future vendors, know this: you don’t get on my list by asking. You get on my list by consistently showing up, doing excellent work, treating everyone with respect, and making the wedding day better for everyone involved.

That’s how trust is built. And that’s why my preferred vendor list will always remain sacred. 🤍

Your wedding dreams are still in good hands… I’m just taking a quick little vacation! 🤍✨

Savvy Southern Events will be out of the office July 9–12 spending some much-needed time away to rest, recharge, and make memories.

During this time, emails, calls, and messages will be returned beginning July 13–14 in the order they were received.

Thank you for your patience and for always supporting this small business. Taking a few days to recharge means I can come back ready to give my couples 110%.

I’ll see y’all soon… and don’t worry, wedding season picks right back up when I get home! 🫶

Sometimes the best wedding memories happen a little off the beaten path.
