I kind of fell in to being a wedding coordinator when a good friend asked me to help her in 2017 but man did I fall in love with it. Honestly the magic of watching two people commit themselves to each other never gets old. I pride myself in being detailed focused, kind, compassionate, able to de-escalate any stressful situation while being the calm voice every bride needs. I can not wait to hear all about your wedding day.

Wedding days are emotional for everyone but there is something so special about watching a mother experience it.

The women who spent years loving, raising, supporting, encouraging, comforting, cheering, teaching, sacrificing, and showing up in a million quiet ways now stand beside their children on one of the biggest days of their lives.

From bedtime stories and school drop offs to buttoning wedding dresses and pinning boutonnières- somehow the years pass in the blink of an eye.

To all the moms spending today holding back tears, fixing veils, dancing with their babies, and soaking in every second — Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

I’m actually really nice, I just hold my boundaries 🤍

That means keeping everyone aligned with the timeline, holding vendors to the standards (and contracts) that were agreed to, and making sure every detail reflects what you wanted from the very beginning.

It also means gently but firmly protecting your vision in the moment. yes, even when well-meaning family members try to make last-minute changes. Because at the end of the day, this is your wedding, not anyone else’s.

I’m there to advocate for you, keep things running smoothly, and make sure the day unfolds exactly the way you envisioned it

The party ends… and teardown begins 😅

One of the most overlooked parts of your timeline is what happens after the last song. Most venues only allow about an hour for cleanup, but here’s the reality:

If you have a full band (they usually need closer to 90 minutes), draping, lots of rentals, DIY décor, or hanging floral installs… that hour disappears FAST.

And when time runs out? Venues don’t extend it for free. Overtime fees can add up quickly, and it’s the last thing you want to deal with at the end of your wedding night.

A few ways to plan smarter:
• End the dance floor a little earlier to allow more teardown time
• Hire extra staff so everything gets cleared efficiently
• Be realistic about how much you’re bringing in and how long it takes to remove it
• Ask the venue if you are able to come back the next day (very rare but some venues allow this)

And a gentle reminder, if you’re relying on family and friends to clean up… they’ve been celebrating all day too. By the end of the night (and a couple drinks in), cleanup will take way longer than you think.

This is one of those behind-the-scenes details that can save you thousands when planned right 🤍

The rehearsal isn’t just a walk-through… it’s where everything comes together because we’ve already talked through it all beforehand.

At our final meeting before your rehearsal, we’re thinking through who sits where, who walks when, how family dynamics may play out, and how to make sure your most important people feel seen and comfortable. Especially with blended families or complicated relationships, having a clear plan for seating and flow makes all the difference.

If it’s helpful, we’ll also create and send a ceremony seating chart so everyone knows exactly where they’re going… no confusion, no stress.

So when rehearsal day comes, it’s smooth, intentional, and stress-free… exactly how it should feel 🤍

If you’ve ever dealt with hurricane vases… you already know the struggle 😅 shout out to for helping us come up with this idea from their recent reel.

We had 144 vases and the original boxes only held 8 each. So we spent the day reworking everything and got 16 vases per box instead 🙌🏼

Now they stand vertically, slide in and out easily, and are so much faster for setup and teardown. No more digging through layers or worrying about breaking glass.

For brides thinking about buying your own candles, just know storage, transportation, set up, and tear down take more time than you think.
