MAXILETRAS SAN ANTONIO – TRADEMARK AND FRANCHISE NOTICE
This notice serves to inform the public that Maxiletras San Antonio, including its franchise rights, digital assets, and associated business operations, is currently available for acquisition.
As the legal owner of the Mexican trademark Maxiletras, I, Antonio López, hereby state that any previous authorization, license, or franchise rights related to the use of the Maxiletras brand in the San Antonio market are no longer valid due to non-compliance with the contractual obligations established under the franchise agreement.
Furthermore, José Martí and Diana Martí are not authorized to use, represent, market, promote, or conduct business under the name "Maxiletras San Antonio", nor may they present themselves as representatives, franchisees, or agents of the Maxiletras brand, unless expressly authorized in writing by the trademark owner.
Any individual or organization interested in acquiring the rights to operate Maxiletras San Antonio may contact the trademark owner directly for information regarding the acquisition process and available opportunities.
