iPhone BTS from our first official studio session at our brand new studio ✨

We started the build about two weeks ago, and I asked my contractors if it was possible to have this wall done in time for the shoot… they did not disappoint 😮‍💨

Building a custom studio from the ground up has easily been one of the coolest milestones in my business so far. Yesterday felt like everything I’ve been working toward came to life — the dancing, the laughter, the love, the creativity, the babies, the beauty… it made me feel so incredibly rich in life.

At one point, I went upstairs to take it all in, and all I could see were smiling faces. In that moment, I felt so proud of myself — I built this.

So grateful to everyone who showed up and made the drive to be photographed, and to Wilneth and Celeste’s amazing clients for trusting these talented women 🤍

A bouquet this good deserves its own moment!

I had so much fun curating this floral recipe — layered with unique, high-end ingredients and one of my fave Cosmo varieties: chocolate.

And this bride? She absolutely rocked it. The bouquet ended up shining in so many of the wedding photos which is the ultimate compliment a bouquet can get.❤️

Testing out the new studio space and practicing placement + composition for some of our May weddings 💕

The best part? Everything is 100% farm-grown! (With the exception of the moss — that came from Castroville and east TX)

I spent slow, happy hours harvesting from the flower gardens and foraging around the farm. My best friend helped harvest hundreds—maybe thousands—of Orlaya stems and designed the stage with me. I built my foam-free mechanics, my husband brought out the stage from storage, and my adorable puppies assisted… mostly by being too cute. 🥹

All for 5 perfect minutes when the sunset hits just right… (7:37-7:42 PM 😮‍💨)

Time for a reintroduction! Hi, I’m Ále! 🥰 I’m the founder and creative director of Petále Haus Floral Design and Petále Haus Gardens. I design kick ass florals for events and operate an organic (non-certified) micro flower farm.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and moved to the countryside about 5 years ago with the love of my life. Our studio and farm are in Natalia, TX. 🤠

I’ve been professionally designing for almost three years now (8 years rlly but the early cringe designs don’t count as professional🤣).

If I had to describe my signature design style I’d say: modern, color-forward, whimsical, garden-inspired, sculptural and unique but we can create all kinds of styles!

I grow much of my own product, build custom foam-free mechanics, and turn florals into living art. 🖤

My current top three favorite flowers? Nerine, cosmos, and dahlias. I’m also really interested in funky, weird, crooked flowers🤩

I love any type of crazy install but a bridal bouquet will always be my absolute favorite thing to design.🧚🏽

Some other loves: my puppy Gafas (always by my side), harvesting flowers from my gardens, iced coffee with extra espresso, Marvel movies, ice cold Dr. Pepper, riding horses, hiking and writing🥰
