I wanted to take a moment to explain a little more about what goes into pricing my balloon setups! 🎈✨
When you book with me, you’re not just paying for balloons. You’re paying for the materials, customization, time, labor, transportation, and all the little details that go into bringing your vision to life!
Here are just a few things that factor into the cost of my setups:
Balloons & Supplies: Depending on the design, balloons alone can cost me on average $75–$130 BEFORE shipping! That doesn’t include the additional supplies needed to create your setup.
Custom Arches & Backdrops: My arches are custom ordered from out of town, and even my aluminum arches are an investment. These are not inexpensive materials, and they play a big part in creating the finished look you see!
Custom Posters & Designs: Personalized posters require printing costs, foam backing, materials, and the time it takes to cut, assemble, and prepare each piece.
Wooden Arches: Wooden backdrops often require sanding, painting, and prep work before they’re ready for your event. This alone can take hours, in addition to the cost of paint and supplies.
🚗 Travel & Pickup: many of my setups have been outside city limits,30 minutes to an hour away. Depending on the event, I may have to make the trip twice — once to set up and again late at night to pick everything up. Travel time, mileage, and late-night pickups are all part of the work that goes on behind the scenes!
TIME & LABOR: Every setup takes planning, preparation, loading, unloading, installation, and sometimes teardown. What you see on the day of your event is the finished product, but there is so much work that happens before and after!
I absolutely LOVE being able to create beautiful setups for your special occasions, and I always do my best to work with your vision and budget. 💕 Every event is different, which is why pricing varies.
My goal is to give every client something memorable while also making sure my small business can continue to grow and provide quality work. 🩷
