As a kid I was known as "being up to NO good"

That should not be the case. I grew up in Dublins concrete Jungle on the streets of Clondalkin in West Dublin. Moved country but moved also moved through a lot of lanes in the process.

Today one lane I walk is with a group of diverse individuals called Day Won. Based out of the State of Utah, USA with a FAMILY chapter now in the State of Washington.

When first out getting introduced to Day Won in community I was intrigued by the mission. Some text messages about events followed thru to the phone and me showing up at them, asking questions , getting to know the foundations of DAY WON & I was involved.

The vision & work was my eye candy but the impact I witnessed with me own eyes sold me. It reminded me of where I was at as kid & the lack of REAL LOVE & RESPECT that was out there for us as YOUNG WONS in our day. The work triggered my memories & I was like YEAP , thats the people we needed floating the globe through the estates setting the examples of "This is NOT the life you think it is or REALLY WANT so allow me to used my Lived Experience as PROOF that another approach is better.

If your OWN people give that perception of you as a child to there adults and people around them, then you grow up having that as a reflection upon yourself as an adult & feel a duty to carry it out UNTIL somebody says ,
"MEEER LOVE AND I SHOW YE ANOTHER WAY"

Day Won is that way! I believe it is the way forward for Young Offenders in the future.



While I have always supported Artists in Ireland through music. My story will explain MY WHY I DO THIS.

I have been WINNING with DAY WON since MY DAY WON IN 2023

Taking a second to shout out this tribe! Carrie , and 🙏 BIG LOVE SISTERS!!!!!!

Message came in this morning for Christmas help for a mother newly divorced and now learning how to manage her life after a husband and marriage and after being a stay at home mother. Hard transition for women out there!

I sent a txt to the team and within an hour our tribe had it sorted 💜

How empowering to know I have a tribe of humans like that 🙏 Sacrifice for others the way Jesus did for you 💜
