We've been chosen to cater the Utah AIDS Foundation Gala again this year! We're honored to have been chosen 2 years in a row. This year's theme is; "No Place Like Home". We'll be preparing a "comfort food" menu which will include, among other things; Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Corn Bread, Brussel Sprouts au gratin, and Hand-Pies.

We make all of our meatballs from scratch. They're hand rolled with a blend of 3 meats. They're coated in seasoned bread crumbs and then fried. Then, they're covered in our homemade marinara and baked. This is a time consuming process, but it's one of the many things that sets us apart from other caterers who use pre-made frozen meatballs and canned sauces. Mama Mia!!
