I often get so immersed in my job and forget to take pictures of my dishes. Well, today I cooked a five- course dinner and two drinks and took pictures of the entrée and dessert 🥰

I'm on a 14-day detox under the supervision of the Dietitian . I'm in a vegan, all allergen-free diet, and it has been a great challenge for me, but I'm working resetting my gut biome with lots of fermented foods and probiotics.
The most important part of this process is that I'm getting my confidence back and remembering how to listen and honor my body.

Regularmente me mantengo al margen de temas políticos, pero el abuso de poder que está ocurriendo en EEUU me orilla a expresar mi descontento. Se están atropellando los derechos no sólo de los migrantes, también de las mujeres, la comunidad LGBTQ+, y de toda la clase trabajadora.

Me uno a la campaña de 1 día sin inmigrantes y les invito a que se unan con nosotros. No es sólo cuestión de situación migratoria, sino de respeto a los derechos humanos.

Hay mucha desinformación acerca de los inmigrantes. Sé que ha habido quienes han cometido delitos graves. Pero por cada delincuente hay muchos miles de personas buenas, honradas, honestas, dispuestas a dar todo por salir adelante, a quitarnos el bocado para ofrecerlo al compañero.
