It’s here! The new home for Weddings by Gabrielle. 🤍

For a long time, “calm is luxury” has been the philosophy behind every wedding I plan, and I wanted our online home to finally feel like it. So we rebuilt the site from the ground up: a new visual identity in deep teal, warm tan, and soft cream, a refreshed logo and typography, and a layout that feels as unhurried as the planning process itself.

Huge shoutout to Lauren Michelle Design (Lauren Michelle Design) for making this happen! Thank you for translating months of half-formed ideas into something this beautiful, and for being so patient with every round of “just one more tweak.” Working with you made the whole process feel exactly like what I try to give my own clients, calm.

A well-planned wedding gives you something you can’t add to a mood board:

the freedom to be fully present for it.

Because after all the planning, decisions, and anticipation, you deserve to actually enjoy the day you created.

Things I’m thinking about that I hope my couples never have to.

Did the florist arrive on time?
Is everything ready before the photographer needs detail shots?
Are we still on schedule?
Does everyone know where they need to be for the ceremony?
Has transportation been confirmed?
Is the reception space ready before guests start wandering in?
Did the cake arrive?
Where are the rings, vows, marriage license, and personal flowers?
Has anything changed that the other vendors need to know about?
And if something does go wrong, how do we fix it without it ever becoming the couple’s problem?

There are hundreds of tiny decisions happening behind the scenes of a wedding day.

My couples don’t need to know about all of them.

They need to know that I do.

Because you should be thinking about getting married, celebrating with your favorite people, and taking it all in.

I’ll think about the rest.

If you’re deciding where to put your time, energy, and wedding budget, start with the parts of the day your guests actually experience.

1. How smoothly the day flows.
Guests may never see your timeline, but they’ll feel it when there are long gaps, confusing transitions, or no one knows where they’re supposed to go next.

2. Whether they’re comfortable.
Temperature, shade, seating, transportation, access to water, and how long they’re standing around aren’t the glamorous planning decisions, but they matter.

3. Clear communication.
Where’s the ceremony? Where do we go for cocktail hour? Is this seat reserved? Good signage and thoughtful communication mean your guests aren’t constantly trying to figure out what’s happening.

4. The food + bar experience.
It’s not only what you serve. Timing, lines, accessibility, and making sure guests aren’t waiting too long all shape the experience.

5. How present YOU are.
This one gets overlooked.

When you’re relaxed, celebrating, and actually enjoying your wedding, your guests feel that energy too.

A beautiful wedding matters.

But thoughtful planning is what turns a beautiful wedding into an incredible experience.

The details are in place. Vendors are making their final checks. The wedding party is getting ready. Guests are beginning to arrive.

Months of planning are about to become memories.

It’s one of my favorite parts of the day because, for just a moment, you can feel the anticipation before everything begins.

And then the music starts.
