Check out this food trailer. Now look inside it. Now check out this pizza. Now look at this smash burger. What’s on it? Nothing much.. just french onion dip, chedder cheese, fried onions, fresh pickles, and a succulent+smokey chipotle hot sauce. Now look at these loaded steakhouse fries. They’re hand cut with horse radish aioli, cooked mushrooms, fresh parm, and scallions.

This is some next level stuff. I stopped wearing socks because they’ve been knocked off so many times I’m tired of putting them back on.

Poland has cafeterias called Bar Mleczny, translating to ‘milk bar’, that were popularized during the world wars to serve cheap comfort food. Today they’ve become a staple of Polish culture where you eat the foods grandma would make. Pierogis, stuffed cabbages, bigos, etc., foods like what is pictured in this post.

I’m clearly an unbiased and objective person to weigh in on this, so I will; We make Polish comfort foods better than what you can get in Poland… it’s been field tested. And I will go there and tell them that!

12 days of Christmas isn’t just a song; In liturgical Catholicism, Christmas is actually 12 days, ending on January 6 with what is called The Epiphany.

In Polish tradition, Opłatek, a thin wafer that symbolizes faith and love, is shared on Christmas Eve. It works by sharing a moment with another person and braking a piece off each other’s wafer, and thus giving each other well wishes of health and happiness.

The food shown was served during a mix of recognizing the 12th day of Christmas and Polish Opłatek.

Happy new year! Here’s our ode to steak frites with our Famous beef tenderloin + hand cut parm steak fries + roasted marinated beets with goat cheese. Tied together with a gorgeous red wine reduction and bread, ahem made by me ahem, made right on site.

We always feed the boosters a beautiful Christmas meal to honor their hard work through the year to raise money for college scholarships.

This time around was a multi course sit-down meal that started with cheese and our award winning seafood chowder.

Followed by a massive stuffed shell with the most perfect house-made Italian tomato sauce. It’s both robust and velvety that is nicely cut through with an amazing olive oil and fresh basil.

The main was a plate piled high with herb-brined chicken pinwheels filled with an apple-forward stuffing, red bliss mashed potatoes, buttery peas and carrots, our chicken pan sauce, and a house made cranberry sauce from fresh and local cape cod cranberries.

The last course was a slice of cheesecake with fresh hand-whipped cream, bright fruit, and grated chocolate. It doesn’t matter much that the whipcream was hand-whipped, expect for that I had to work for it because the mixer broke. So everyone must know.

This is what you get from a professional caterer; Real food, all made from scratch and with love, brought to you hot, on time, and cleaned up like nothing ever happened.

One of my favorite parties to do every year is the Veterans Breakfast. We do glazed spiral ham, eggs, breakfast potato’s, sausages, homemade pastries, and always try to make it obvious there’s extra love in this one. It feels selfish because even though we’re trying to give, it is a blessing and honor to see all of our friends we’ve made over the years and help delivering a nice time before the holidays.

Soup, salad, and sandwich for all! Imagine minding your own business and then being presented with a hot and succulent meal. My goal is to do that for you. Added some pizza too just for the one fella that said “what a nice guy you are”, because that is what this is all about.
