Grass is greening up a bit trees are budding. I think it’s too early. The cold has tricked the plants and I don’t think it’s the last frost yet? We will see what perennials survive this winter.

Finally getting the hight tunnel put up this week. used the tractor to lift up rafters. dug post holes, set concrete This will allow us to grow all year around. Friends came by to help. We have one more day of work to do. Pull the canopy over and attach pulleys and doors on each end of the structure.

Hot water heater is in finally!!! More on this plumbing nightmare later.Put together 4 stainless steel tables, fryers in place and convection oven. Now propane gas hook up on Thursday and plumbing should be finished this week. Prayerfully.Things move at a slow and different pace down here.
