Whether it’s a brand launch, anniversary party, shower, corporate gathering, or a celebration like this 1-year anniversary for a beautiful Airbnb space, the heart of what we do stays the same: bringing a client’s vision to life through thoughtful organization, collaboration, and intentional details.
For this event, that meant coordinating vendors, managing arrivals and timelines, making sure florals, food, desserts, and drinks were flowing exactly where they needed to be, and helping guests move comfortably through the space without congestion. It meant working alongside talented vendors to execute a quiet luxury atmosphere that reflected the soul of this Airbnb so well - intentional details, exceptional cleanliness, cozy sophistication, and a welcoming experience right in the heart of St. Mary’s, walking distance to downtown.
Every floral placement, serving tray, signage detail, and guest interaction plays a part in creating the feeling clients want their guests to remember.
This one felt extra special because it was for a friend — someone who has been such a supportive fellow business owner and an inspiring person to know. Getting to celebrate one year of her space being open and thriving was an honor. 🤍 The Palmer
