🌿🎨 Yesterday’s Art of Flow class at Manchester Arts Center was a beautiful afternoon of slowing down, tuning in, and creating. We began with yoga and sound healing before moving into intuitive journaling exercises designed to encourage self-expression and creative freedom.

A little peace, a little creativity, and plenty of fun. Exactly what an afternoon of art should be. ✨

🌅🎨 A beautiful evening of painting, wine, and good company at St. James Winery! 🍷

Our Sunset on the Lake painting class was such a fun way to spend an evening. Everyone got creative while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, a delicious charcuterie grazing board, and a cellar tour of the winery!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening so much fun, and a big thank you to St. James Winery for helping make this event extra special!
