In 1889, lumber and railroad magnate Timothy Foley opened the doors to his newly completed family home near the banks of the mighty Mississippi. After 135 years, and many prominent families occupying the home, a devastating fire in 2002 gutted the interior.

The house stood abandoned and left to decay.

In 2019 the Arvig family undertook a monumental restoration to preserve the historic mansion and breathe new life into the property for generations to come.
