Jake Morgan Grabs Win #5 on The Season in Placerville!

7/1/25… Placerville, California: On Saturday Night, The Joe Hunt Magnetos Wingless Sprint Tour, presented by Transport Products Unlimited made its final trip of the 2025 season to Placerville Speedway.

Twenty Two cars would pack into the pit area on Saturday Night in Placerville for a busy night of racing. The night started out with time trials where the of Jake Morgan grabbed the Joe Hunt Magnetos Fast Qualifier award.

Kicking Heat Race action off would be Benic Enterprises Heat Race #1 which was captured by the of Jake Morgan. A.R.T Enterprises Speed Equipment Heat Race #2 was won by the of Josh Young, while King Racing Products Heat Race #3 was grabbed by the #2 of Kane Jemmett.

With just Twenty Two cars in action on Saturday, next up would be the 25-lap feature event. The action would not disappoint in Placerville, where it would be the of Jake Morgan who would once again be victorious. It would end up being Jake’s fifth feature win on the season.

Coming home in the runner-up spot would be the #36 of Bob Newberry. In third it would be the #9 of Anthony Bruno rounding out the podium on Saturday night at Placerville Speedway.
