🥓3 lbs of our 16 hour oak smoked pork butts turned into beautiful pulled pork! Complete with a tub of
🍋‍🟩Cilantro lime slaw that goes amazing with the pulled pork and 12 rolls

🥩 1 whole signature tri tip along with a tub of sauteed peppers and onions and a 12 rolls.

11 years ago! Lol … this was the start of it all. We got a interview with the Food Network but they said we needed some professional cooking experience. Started the catering company and loved that to much to look back!!

If you’re looking for a place to go to breakfast and you haven’t tried Mel Dog's Cafe in ELK GROVE yet you are missing out !

Rachel Peterson and Jessica Bickford our native ELK GROVIANS, and have provided great service for almost 30 years at this establishment. With restaurants closing left and right we need to support these local superstars!!

This is the JP special linguiça sandwiches with sautéed peppers and onions, crispy hashbrown bits, melted cheese and a over medium egg on top. I definitely recommend you trying it
