Is that want you are seeking? Hello, My name is Shay Wheat and I assist Speakers, Coaches and Experts with Creating Powerful Events with

Grace and Ease. Leaders, just like you, have a PASSION to teach and bring transformation to the world. You realize that Events and Retreats are the best way to reach a wide audience. What I have found after producing Powerful Events that have generated
upwards of $2 Million Dollars in a weekend, is that Leaders often spend all their time worrying about details and logistics when all they really want to do is just show up and do their thing while having a team that supports them and handles the details. My clients tell me that there is a push and pull between a desire to show up powerfully, provide a valuable event and then this FEAR of sitting down To Do The Work to prepare for the event. However, It is really important that you realize the More you Procrastinate with the pre-planning and logistics of your event the more Money & Wealth you leave on the table. I’ve been thinking a lot this week about the way I move through my work…

and how easy it is, especially as a small team, to fall into this rhythm where you’re simply moving from one task to the next, keeping things going, responding to what’s in front of you, and calling that productivity.

And for a long time, I really believed that was just part of building something.

But sitting inside the Effortless Business Bootcamp, listening to how Callan Faulkner thinks about her business, I realized there’s a very different way to approach all of this.

Because she doesn’t think in tasks.

She thinks in roles.

In clear ownership.

In outcomes that are defined before the work even begins.

And what struck me most wasn’t just the structure… it was how much space that way of thinking creates.

Space to actually step into the work that requires you.
Space to see what doesn’t.
And space to start asking better questions about how your business is really operating behind the scenes.

And I also know that not everyone was in a place to step into the Bootcamp… whether it was the time, the investment, or simply the timing of it all.

Which is why I really appreciate what she’s doing next.

On April 30, she’s hosting a free Masterclass where she’s opening this up in a way that’s accessible, walking through how this actually looks inside her business and how these roles are supported in a very real, tangible way.

It’s a quieter kind of invitation… but if this is something you’ve been feeling too, it might be worth sitting in on.

The link is in my link.tr bio!

There’s a moment almost every expert has experienced.

The room is engaged.
People are leaning in.
They trust you.

And then… nothing.

No movement.
No decisions.

This is where most people double down on:
Better messaging
Stronger pitch
More urgency

But none of that fixes the real issue.

Because trust isn’t what creates the decision.

It just gets them in the room.

What actually moves someone forward
It is a series of internal shifts that most environments never guide.

That’s why a room can feel successful…
and still not convert.

Inside The Profit Partner Report, I’m breaking down the exact structure behind this
So you can stop guessing where it’s falling apart.

You don’t have a lead problem.
You have a decision problem.

Because what’s actually happening is this:
People are watching.
They’re engaging.
They’re even telling you it’s valuable.

But they’re not moving.

Not because they’re not interested
But because they haven’t made the internal shift to decide.

And most businesses aren’t designed to support that moment.

They’re designed to:
create content
build trust
generate attention

But not to guide someone all the way to: ā€œThis is for me.ā€
That’s the gap.

If this feels familiar…
You’re not missing effort.
You’re missing structure.

Comment ā€œDECISIONā€
And I’ll show you where it’s breaking.

Edit post
Most people think a ā€œkickoff callā€ is just… logistics.

Show up.
Hear what’s coming.
Maybe get a bit of motivation.

And honestly?
That’s why a lot of people stay stuck.

Because they’re still trying to collect information…
Instead of learning how to think differently about their business.

What changed things for me wasn’t just seeing what’s possible.
It was watching how Callan thinks.

Not just: ā€œWhat should I build?ā€
But: ā€œWhat actually needs to exist for this to work… sustainably… without burning me out?ā€

That shift alone changes everything.
And that’s why this kickoff wasn't just a ā€œwelcome call.ā€

It was a behind-the-scenes look at how real systems are built
A different lens on what an effortless business actually requires
And honestly… the part most people underestimate: context

Because when you understand the why behind what’s being built…
you stop second-guessing every step.

If you’re a burned-out business owner…
Not because you’re lazy
Not because you don’t know enough
But because everything you’ve built still depends on you

Then this matters more than you think.

Especially if you go VIP.
Not for ā€œmore contentā€

But for: Extended access to replays (so you can actually implement, not rush)
Seeing real builds behind the scenes
And being in the room where the deeper conversations happen

You don’t need more strategies.
You need a different way of thinking about how your business is built.

That starts here: http://myrootabl.com/r/BObjnj2x?rootabl=shaywheat
Tomorrow - it's your last chance to join!
Callan is closing the doors to the Bootcamp tonight!

AI isn’t breaking your business.

It’s exposing it.

Most people didn’t build systems.
They built stacks.

Content.
Funnels.
Launches.
Moments that ā€œworkedā€ā€¦ until they didn’t.

Now everything is faster.
Everything is easier.

And because of that…
everything that isn’t structurally sound is starting to crack.

Here’s the shift most people aren’t ready for:
The more AI handles the operational side of your business…
The more valuable live decision environments become.

Not more content.
Not more automation.

Rooms.

Where people:
feel something
see themselves differently
and actually decide

That’s why live events aren’t going away.

They’re becoming the most important asset in your business.

But most events are still built like funnels.

Dependent on:
hype
timing
energy
and hoping it converts

That’s not a strategy.

That’s a fragile model.

The people who win next?

Use AI to scale everything behind the scenes…

And design live experiences that actually move people to a decision.

If your event ā€œworkedā€ā€¦ but didn’t produce what you expected financially…

This is why.

If this hit a nerve…

I go deeper on this inside The Profit Partner Report, where we break down how events actually drive decisions and why most rooms don’t convert. The link is in my bio.

And if you’re realizing your events aren’t built to carry that weight yet…

Comment ā€œSYSTEMā€ and I’ll send you what we’re working through right now.

I used to think if people knew, liked, and trusted my clients, they'd buy.

Then I'd watch an audience light up, only to walk away without committing.

That invisible space between interest and action isn't a marketing gap;
It's a psychological journey.

People need to cross five internal thresholds to move from "I have a problem" to "I want support now."

My job as a Profit Partner is to architect that environment so they can make those shifts safely and consciously.

We build the bridge, plank by plank.

You can read today's Profit Partner Report to read more about the Decision Bridge:

You’ve done the work to build know, like, and trust… but they still don’t buy. What’s missing isn’t more connection. It’s helping them cross the Decision Bridgeā„¢.

AI made content easier for us.
Ideas? Endless.
Research? Instant.
Captions? Done in minutes.

We were showing up more than ever.
And yet…

It wasn’t translating into real visibility.
Or consistent leads.

That was the confusing part.

Because we weren’t stuck anymore.
But we also weren’t growing the way we expected.

When we really looked at it, the issue wasn’t the content.
It was everything around it.

There was no real system behind what we were posting.
No clear flow from:
content → conversation → conversion

Just disconnected pieces.
A post here.
A DM there.

An idea that never turned into anything repeatable.

So even though AI made us faster…
Nothing was actually compounding.

Because a real system looks more like this:
Your content is designed to start specific conversations.
Those conversations follow a clear path.
The right people are captured and tracked.
Follow-up happens without you having to remember everything.
And over time… those conversations turn into clients.

That’s the difference.
Not more content.
A system behind the content.

That’s the shift that my friend, Callan Faulkner, teaches in the Effortless Business Bootcamp.
Not just how to use AI…

But how to actually connect:
what you post → to real visibility → to actual leads
If you’ve been showing up but not seeing it translate…
This is probably the missing piece.

We’ve been ā€˜using AI’ since 2023.
I don’t think we’ve actually integrated it yet.

We jumped into ChatGPT early.
Built custom GPTs.
Tried to create workflows.

And if I’m being honest…

We wanted to figure out how to really leverage it in our business.

But we just… haven’t fully gotten there.

We understand prompting.
We can write a strong prompt.
And yes, it absolutely helps us put words to what we’re trying to say.

But beyond that?

It still feels like a collection of really good ideas…
that don’t quite fit together.

Like we’re close.
But not actually operating differently.

And that gap matters.

Because the goal isn’t to use AI.

It’s to build a business that actually runs better because of it.

Where:
→ you’re still leading
→ still having conversations
→ still hosting events

But the backend?
The systems?
The data?

That’s supported.

That’s the shift we haven’t fully cracked yet.

And instead of continuing to piece it together on our own…

We’re going to learn it properly.

That’s why we’re attending
The Effortless Business Bootcamp with Callan Faulkner

Not for more ideas.
For integration.

If you’ve been in that same place…
where you know this matters but haven’t fully made it work yet…

This might be the room you've been looking for

Your Audience Isn’t Just Buying, They’re Buying Into YOU.

People don’t say yes because of an offer alone. They say yes because they trust you, believe in your vision, and feel connected to your energy.

šŸ’” Want them to be ALL IN before you even make the offer?

āœ” Make them feel seen & valued from the start
āœ” Build an experience that naturally creates trust & connection
āœ” Show up with clarity, confidence, and purpose

Your event shouldn’t just inform, it should transform. When your audience feels aligned with you, saying YES becomes the next logical step.

šŸ”„ Drop a šŸ”„ in the comments if you’re ready to create an event that moves people!

I’ve been thinking about this lately.

Workload isn’t leverage.
Positioning is.

A lot of planners and service operators assume the next level comes from:
• More clients
• Better systems
• More efficiency

But volume isn’t leverage.
Influence is.

You don’t need more clients.
You need more proximity to revenue.

You don’t need better task management.
You need a seat in the monetization conversation.

Because revenue is the center of power in every event.
And if you’re outside of it, your income will always be capped! No matter how good you are!

If you’re curious where your positioning might be limiting your earning potential, I’m happy to share the assessment I use to diagnose it. Just comment ā€œASSESSMENT,ā€ and I’ll send it over.
