Town county fair tomorrow thru Sunday! Come out to Amador County Fair and Event Center for the county fair! Lots of fun things to do and of course your favorite bbq vendor will be there! We will be offering Smoked Turkey legs, loaded street corn cups and loaded Mac bowls!

POP UP EVENT! Come say hi to your Smokin’ Rose Family tomorrow. We will have some award winning ribs on the smoker as well as our famous half chicken with Alabama white sauce. We will be at the corner of 193 and 49 in Cool until sold out. My son has been begging to do a pop up event with me so come on by and say hi!

Smokin rose is set and rollin! Come out to the state fair today for the 2nd annual California State Fair Rib Competition. Help Smokin Rose rise to the top! Smokin’ Rose will be competing this Saturday the 12th at the California State Fair folks! Come out and show your love and support while we do what we enjoy doing! We will be located in the Farm/Garden section of the fair. They will be selling People’s choice tickets for $15 and the People’s choice judging starts at 12pm sharp. Get there early to make sure you get your tickets!

We will no longer be selling our food at Pine O Mine but we will still be in Apple Hill very soon! Stay tuned for the exact location and dates! We are excited to get back after it and provide our quality meats for the locals of El Dorado county as well as tourists visiting our beautiful home!
